$65-75.00 Per Appliance
Any and all appliances, air conditioners may be subject to Freon fee. The rate does not change with size. We take all large and small items. Pick up and removal from your home any time. Call us or text us to book your removal.
Furniture
$65-85 Per Item
All Furniture in single pieces runs at $65 a unit. Sectionals are $85.00.
Keep in mind we have a flat rate option of $185.00 to fill a 6.5x14 dump trailer. If you have more items you want gone just give us a call.
Dump Runs
$200.00 Per Full Load
The Items for this load do not matter, anything goes at a flat rate $200.00. We will be filling the 8x12x3 Dump Trailer for the customer. All we need is for you to make a list of the items with photos and we will load and haul away. Please Call About Tires, Oil’s, and Paints.
Fire Break Services
$250-1000
We can handle any request, we do Clean Outs, Weed Control, Fire Break, land moving(DIRT), & Fuel Reduction.
Gutter/Roof Cleaning
$85-165.00
We offer Gutter & Roof cleaning and clearing, on single & second storied homes. This includes clean up, and haul away. Our recommended time’s for annual cleaning are between November 15th- December 22nd, and a final touch up cleaning in March of the following year.
Demolition/Building Waste Removal
$7.50SQ-FT
If you need to get any Shed, Barn, Casita, or ADD ON STUCTURE Removed just give us a call I need to see the item before contractual bid is offered.

If you recently have had to evict a tenant, or you’re just dealing with an abandonment or early bail out on one of your leased properties just give us a call.
